3 day tour to Oshima Island
Day 1: Departure from home country
Day 2: Arrival/Oshima Island
In the evening take water jet propulsion ship from Takeshiba pier to Oshima Island. Stay at Minshuku (Japanese style inn).
Day 3: Oshima Island
Go to Mount Mihara, Izu Oshima Museum of Volcanoes, and Volcanic Cliffs by rental car. In the afternoon return to Tokyo return by water jet propulsion ship to Tokyo.
Izu Oshima (Izu Ōshima) is the largest of the Izu Islands, a group of volcanic islands under the administration of Tokyo, close in proximity to the Izu Peninsula. Oshima is located about 100 kilometers south of the capital. The island takes about one hour to circle by car and is a popular tourist destination, especially for those in Tokyo seeking a short getaway.
