A kimono is a traditional Japanese garment for ladies. They wear kimonos in wedding ceremonies, anniversaries, New Year’s Day, etc.
In this option, foreign ladies who came to Japan can try to wear a Kimono at an authentic Kimono school in Chiba city near Tokyo.
Instructors teach how to wear a kimonos and a broad sash for a period of 90 minutes. It takes about 4 hours. Ladies wear a Kimono without taking off their clothes, that is, wearing a Kimono over their clothes.
Please try to challenge yourselves to Japanese traditional culture. We take tourists to the Kimono school from Narita Airport or the hotel where they stay.
For men, there is a course on Yukata wearing. Yukata is traditional thin clothes for men, especially for summer.
